Database Requirements

• Control, management and manipulation of digital media documents (DMD), such as graphics, video, audio, HTML, VRML, PostScript and any combination of these.
• Centralizing DMDs with an easy-to-access portfolio of all DMDs (Intra- and Internet).
• Automatic indexing of DMDs for easy search and retrieval.
• Providing access specific or personalized templates (HTML-publishing tools, up/download of DMDs, conference registration, talk preparation,...).
• Providing access via HTML-Interface (application independent, allow external-internet access).
• Efficient and secure sharing, search, retrieval, registration and repurposing of DMDs.
